All the charm of period furniture from the Province of Quercy is found in the flexibility of the curves and moldings of this pretty little oval table.
It rests on turned legs, linked together by an H-shaped spacer, itself molded.
The wrought iron handles are original.
Connoisseurs will recognize, by opening the drawer, the famous dovetail assembly reinforced by a wrought iron nail, a hallmark of furniture carpenters from the Provinces of France in the 18ᵗʰ century.
